Avalanche

by Thomas   Sep 6, 2012

You are the swift killer
the true king of the north
Mountains kneel and forests bow
Your stampede is unmatched
Everyone starts running
when you swell up and start
Thundering down the mountain
mouth opened wide
guzzling everything you can
like an obese child
feasting on his Halloween treasure
Simply unstoppable you are
only the bottom can hold you
But even that can't prevent you
from being a natural nuke

This was veyr unique, loved the description of the title being the poem, but also the double meaning because this avalanche could be an emotion also, which is what it is like inside of us sometimes,

    amazing write. well done.

I love the word "Avalanche" it has a ring to it :P

Perfect metaphors to describe how it all happens. You wrote it with such an ease that the flow of words just run naturally.

    Well done!

Very descriptive you've been here. The poem flows fluently and your word choice was superb. Nature is so beautiful, yet can be so extremely violent and scary at times as well.. You express this well here, keep it up.!

This is such a strange twist
hip hop rap intertwined with nature!

I will say that I like it, for you've tried something out of the ordinary and it worked out well, I love the imaginary!

    keep hustling man!
