Mind of a True Gentleman

by Maple Tree   Sep 21, 2012

I am only a man
with the greatest
of intentions, and
I truly wish for
just one night
alone with you,

you are so beautiful-

(looks in mirror, continues
talking to himself)

Why can't I find the courage
to ask her out?
My nerves are
about to cave in,
for I know, when
my eyes look into hers
my gaze will drop
south, and those
enchanting bosoms
will speak to me
with a luscious sigh
of forget-me-not's....

She then tells me no
and slaps me....

Written for Chelseys Heck of it Challenge-
I had to write as a man.. ha ha

I loved this the first time around,

    glad you posted it.

    This poem is me!!!

without a doubt I can say hand on heart I have done this. Even the second stanza, but not the slap.

Should I be admitting that on the world wide web?

    what the hell, WGAF

    so you passed the challenge.
