Heart Beat

by Robert   Nov 9, 2012

My heart, beats on a steady light
Sinking into the world, the love it brings
Taken for a run, for what its worth
For those of us around, who always feel hurt

Beating faster than ever before
My feeling were strong, and it finally showed
The emotions I had for the one in my arms
Had a certain reflection of various charms

Something that attracted me, bringing me in
To a world, a place that was so very big
So small was I to be feeling this way
That just the sight of her blew my breath away

The charm of a woman so deadly to a man
That we lose all self-control, when theres something to be had
The woman that found me, had me beating on a steady light
That seemed to never fade no matter how dark the night.
