Phases of my Lines

by Yakori bint Muhammed   Dec 11, 2012

6th December, 2012.

Chronicles of life are written
on the pages of my soul,
flipping through my mind
earnestly, words are etched
into my heart brewing across
a line of thoughts that seem
to blind my streaming
revival in yonder.

Moons passed and glared in
my presence heralding a
drought of misery clamouring
against my wishes in the
chapter of my life, I'd swam
many trials to dine with
gracious nobles to bless my
efforts in the blue azure.

Reluctant to venture into a
flourishing flight as alluring
stars twinkle upon me a ray
of powers to guide me towards
a purpose, cradling my goals
to a chain of files that records
my memoirs that are carved
on rock of fame.

Brimming with an obscure
motive, I reel along the
lines of my life.
