Husband and Wife

A woman knows the man
that stands beside her,
when overcoming
battles in life, together.

Baring scars of heartbreak,
past rights and wrongs,
forgiving the other,
because they love-

for better or for worse.

Two can fuse as one,
surrendering to darkness
allowing light to shine
in a dawn sunrise.

She knows when he
needs her and when
she needs him, their
thoughts become a
union of unbreakable
matrimony, bonded
by dedication, looking
past rainstorms, forming
their own horizon together,

as Husband and Wife~

    Maple I really love this, made me think of my fiance and the bond of true love and what it should be, you have described it perfectly.

    I really like when you say : She knows when he
    needs her and when
    she needs him

    - I like it because when we are with someone we really love, they know if we need them or not without us having to say anything or ask for them, they just know we are in need of their comfort. This is what is truly beautiful about a relationship so true.

    This is amazing, I agree with Tara, you and Jim have a special bond and when two people are bonded this way, its a beautiful blessing. I love this!

    No need to redo this one at all, it's absolutely perfect just the way it is! I think if you try to redo it, it will lose something.
