I Feel It

by H. Elizabeth   Feb 14, 2013

I feel it,
The itching and throbbing in my veins once again.
The need to be released.
It will never stop,
It will never end.
It's in my head,
It's in my mind.
It's all around me,
All the time.
I feel the throbbing in my veins,
And it needs to be silenced.
I hear the screaming of my veins,
And they need to be silenced.

It's easy to find the hidden message. Self harm is addictive. This makes that evident. You feel crazy from not doing it.
