Heart of Misery

by Owner of an Untamed Heart   Feb 25, 2013

Riddle me this:
What is the difference
Between living and life,
If there's one at all ?
Cause, for both, it seems I have to crawl
For happiness to overshadow me.

I've encountered the darkness in the light.
I've felt the heat even trapped in ice.
I've endured death although I'm alive.
I've been blind with a pair of eyes.

You must be a detective
To lock me into this room,
To interrogate my mistakes,
To chuckle at my doom.
I wouldn't want to say the wrong thing
To worsen what I like to do.

I've been weak though you've seen me strong.
I've never been right cause I'm always wrong.
My problems follow me, so I tag them along.
Satisfactions want me to stay, but I'm already gone.

Don't judge me
About my heart of misery,
for, all of you who is in the clouds,
the sky will eventually fall.
