The Truth Of Death

by Titus   Mar 20, 2013

The World may never see
The sickness and disease
That's used to corrupt,
The world pays its fees.

I stay up at night
And wonder what to do
When all is lost and dead,
We know not what is true.

Sinking in my mind,
Eating at my crazy brain,
Never knowing the end,
Or till I go insane.

You point and mock
Like I'm on trial.
I need to leave this hell
Like a jailer needs his file.

Sawing at the bars,
I can't escape the rage.
This is my chapter,
And I'm on the last page.

Blocked from knowing truth,
Believing all the lies.
But true love is lost,
With destiny that ties.

Never more am I alive,
For I lay inside my grave.
You stand and weep for me.
That path for me was paved.

I'll watch you from the skies
While listening to your troubles.
The candle starts to dim.
As the oil stops to bubble.
