Take To The Streets

by Andrew Packard   Mar 20, 2013

What Kind of Chance do we Have?
Brave in our Thoughts.
Brave in our Souls.
Brave in Our Wisdom.

Doing what we know.
Doing what we Love.
But what chance do we Have?
We are but a Number.

And, any number,
Can be Reduced -
to a lesser number ...
Or made greater by exponential possibilities.

Is it just a chance?
Who decides?
Who is the Master,
Mathematician, to be devised ...

Out here on the Streets,
We are free, free from
the factors that cut
Us, from Whole to part.

This made me think that they are more people on everyday streets than wall street and we the people is a government by the people for the people. This well written poem reflects the power of numbers. I enjoyed reading this.
