by Rusheena   Mar 27, 2013

My shadow sees my
pain and suffering, yet it
looks on in silence.

I wish shadows could speak... because I'm sure they need to vent too.. the move with the soul of they body they share life with.. Well see what I've gone and done? I went deep into this Senryu... thats what I love about small poetry.. small forms.. when I can do that, its a darn good poem! Love this Rusheena!!

Ohhh love this, again you done well to put the title to a form.

If you think about this poem, it can take you to deep thoughts. Pondering about out own life and the way we are and our habits etc. The meaning in this for me is that nothing will change unless we change it, only we can speak the truth and fix things, even when others see what is wrong.

The title caught my attention, it reminded me of my poem, the secret of a shadow. Nice senyru, a shadow can't speak and thus keeps our secrets.

I like the fact that you show that your pain is visible it just has no cure. and that your shadow is to weak to fight . at least that's what I got out of it .

Well, it's open for interpretation, so it very well could be. Good observation :)
