Memory

by Midnight suicide   Apr 24, 2013

Memories are wonderful and beautiful
They make you smile ear to ear
But in a split second are tragic
They make you frown start to tear
Depression kicks in and you lose control
All you thank about no matter what
You dream it when you sleep
It is an excuse to drink
For when you drink you forget
For a glimpse but just as it fades
It comes back stronger
Pounds in your head
Till you can not stand it
The tears come again and you try to hide it
You try to fight it but waste all your energy
You finally give up and just accept it
Its never going to change
Overtime you start to forget
But it never goes away
A spark a trigger and its back in your head
You grab the bottle and start all over
A constant battle you never win
But you get a addicted to the feeling
The memory is wonderful and beautiful
You smile ear to ear
But in that split second hits tragic
In that split second hits the tears.
