Misleader

The misleader is luring me
out of the light.
His cold, clammy claws are
making me cringe,
as they slice
my innocence away,
thread by thread.
He's dragging me into his
dark, dank dungeon--
drenching me in death,
hoping that the evil
being whispered into my ears
will eventually entice me.
He desires my freedom,
to replace my faith with
fear and forbidden fantasies.
He wants me to be his slave,
submit and serve him forever,
until I am eternally silenced.

    loving the D wording here, very very fitting for the poem and category of it.
    I am glad you took this title, you rocked the poem and gave it a very creepy feel and dark tone.

    Very dark and eerie. So much talent, girl!
