My Santuary

Quietly, in the dusk
I gaze upon an angels beauty
Peacefully sleeping in my arms
I smile with great ecstasy
While slowly removing
some strands of her hair off her face.
I kissed her forehead,
as i feel my heart start to race

I love her...
Neither heaven nor hell can tell how much
She fills the empty spaces in my life
I long for her ever so gentle touch.
Besides her, my soul is at ease
Shes my forever, my eternity
My everything.... my life..
...Shes my sanctuary...
