The Moons not your gravity,
no that's just a theory,
you've got your own to weigh you
pull you,
and oh how it does in wave upon wave.

I'm water you know,
and water loves gravity,
oceans of reasons I pull such effection.

You make the waves and feel the spray,
I love the motion never have to say
more.

Excellent title. Did it inspire the poem or the other way round?

I really am impressed with this love poem! The senuality is truly a breath of fresh air! Its creative and fun!

I really like how you mixed the words of effect and affection .. that is something that is refreshing to see!

I really wish this was in another category so I can nominate this... however it's in the correct category for sure.. I just really, really adore this poem and wanted to express that!

    Thanks a lot there Jyoti.

This poem is about my lover. The Moon does have gravity, but my girl has her own and it is more powerful in effecting her.

I also didn't make a spelling mistake with the word "effection". I know it isn't a word. It is a mix of the word "effect" and "affection".

    Thanks for commenting.
