Why even bother naming this poem if nobody will read it?

Broken and worthless,
hear my cries!
for you're the only one.
I've been in pain for so many years that I lost count.
the devil's laughing at my pain.
while the sun is shining high.
while he's burning me after all the years that have gone by.
I don't know why, but after all, something is still pushing me.
but where to go when every place is killing me.
my life was full of success.
but all of that for nothing,
because at the end of my smiles,
I'm slowly dying.
