A Heart-Broken Heart:

by Scott Cole   Jun 1, 2015

I am a broken heart
My feelings got hurt,
Cause I got turned down
Like a collar on a shirt.

I always try so hard
To fall head over heels,
But I guess nobody else
Feels the same way I feel.

I am a true gentleman
For I treat women right,
You will have it your way
On that very first night.

For I do have a heart
I'm kind as they come,
And I'll never hurt you
Or play you like a drum.

I do stay in good shape
Cause I like to feel good,
Not only on the outside
But also under my hood.

I will never mislead you
Because that's just not me,
For my momma told me
It's never nice to deceive.

But I will hold your hand
And pull out your seat,
I'm a real heart -throb
Because of my heart beat.

I have always been shy
I don't get out that much,
But I'm a real sweet guy
And I will treat you as such.

So what is my problem
And what's wrong with me,
For I am Half Broken into
As most everybody can see.

When my scars finally heal
And I am back to myself,
Then hopefully my love life
Will soon start to excell.
