Profit

by Faithless Watermelon   Sep 14, 2015

Prince anathema tries to forget
he's not alone when he's with me;
blighting water,
framing saviors,
biting tongues,
and salting graves.

Worth more than you
but still not much,
reliably pliable
products of liability
stink of futility.

Not quite crippled yet.
Aware of the future,
time will show us
pens are prophets,
but I'm convinced
it's been paid for.
