Bluejays:

by Scott Cole   Jan 31, 2016

Two little bluejays
Just passing by,
Using up their share
Of the sky.

Both are white
But mainly blue,
No not one
Cause there are two.

Looking and searching
For their next stop,
That perfect branch
In the tree tops.

To take a breather
And rest sore feet,
Capture a view
Get something to eat.

Oh litle bluejays
Half in the sky,
The sight of you
Makes me cry.

For you are blessed
With blue feathers,
My second look
Tells me your clever.

I love blue
Its my favorite color,
Your way more pretty
Than the others.

For where there's one
There's always two,
You watch me
And I'll watch you.

So both are safe
And both are free,
To catch my eye
And entertain me.
