A Morning Stroll:

by Scott Cole   Mar 9, 2016

Her silhouette blankets the hillside
Her long legs clean outta sight,
From the bottom of the valley
To the tip top of daylight.

She slowly creeps along
Across those fields of sunshine,
Leaving but her shadowed footprint
On the outstretched arms of time.

You can track her journey taken
Every little move she didn't make,
And see every single step
That she didn't have to take.

For as her dark apperition
As it touches upon the ground,
It's then that she can be seen
On that hillside walking around.
