No One

I am no one wandering through life,
Dealing with all it gives to me,
Searching for my light.
Waiting to be seen,
But nothing is as it seems.
The days just come and go,
No thoughts of one so low.
Forgotten space meant to be filled,
A broken heart that has not healed,
The biggest source of your regret,
Or an empty memory you'll soon forget.
It matters not, who I used to be
For I am no longer me.
I am no one wandering through life
Dealing with all it takes from me
Blinded with no light.

    Hello Tasha,

    This follows on the theme nicely from 'where am I?' - finding yourself, or at the very least, trying.
    When we feel like this, days and even life itself can just slip by without us noticing.
    A sad write.
