Between I Love You And Goodbye

I was surprised knowing that you're getting away
You want to escape someone who hurt herself for you every day

I know I'm just a pebble in your shoe that you don't want in any way
You want me out of your life, now I don't know what to say.

You are my greatest love, my life and my all
Even you hurt me, once? Twice? You can do it once more,

You can hit me on my face, on my body if you want
Just don't hit my heart, coz I keep you on that part.

I love you and goodbye I'm just in between
I love you but you don't love me saying goodbye is the hardest thing.

Setting free a thousand doves,
That's what it felt like when you set free the one you love.

Between I love you and goodbye, where I can find you?
I knew you already love her, so what can I do?

You left me hanging, felt like I was almost die
And still trapped between I love you and goodbye.

    Hi,

    You have written this love topic in a very lovely way. I like the theme and your imaginary mind.

    But I would like to correct you some points:

    Here, in the second line -
    You want to escape someone who hurt herself for you every day

    I think the word, "from" is missing here between escape and someone. Sans that word the true meaning of that line is not coming forth.

    It should be -
    You want to escape from someone who hurt herself for you every day

    Fifth line - A comma is missing after greatest love.

    So, you have pained this good write in a very blissful way with lots of loving emotions. Hope your love will come back.

    Hello Gel,

    It's so difficult when we realise that someone doesn't feel the same way about us as we do about them. And if we discover that there is someone else, well, that just damns the situation further, doesn't it?

      Yes,it is Ben. I'm glad I already found my true love in the persona of my husband and I will never feel the way I felt before.

    Good read!!! I love every bit of the poem but I am so much intrigued by the Stanza four.

      Hi,

      thank you for reading.I wrote this piece Year 2005 and never move on that time.We already part ways years ago (1999) .. Then I found my true love 2006 and finally moved on .. I just want to post it here because of one good reason -> Just sharing, just in case someone might relate to this piece.
