Michael, wow this is intense! You start out all fluffy and light, la,la,la and then BAM! I was not expecting the twist at the end-well done!

Michael, Michael, Michael. You got me my friend as Brenda says its all lovey dovey then bam that ending got me and ripped my heart apart a little because no one should endure this sort of behaviour from anybody but it happens and always to the best of us.
I love the format of this because the fire bit so like airy fairy and fast beating hearts because of the love and then the let part simmers' out like your love for her when you find them together. I truly hope this isn't literal.

    All the best, Em

After all these years... its good to see you still writing. I hope this is not a poem that is from personal experience... especially recent experience. As always - wonderfully written and beautifully executed. <3

    Hi Michael,
wow nice shape like a crying cloud plus the message of this poem....

    Love hemorrhages
    from my capsized heart
as I find you with him
and like a storm he steals
    my cloud of love away

    ^^^

I can feel the hurt here as you see her with somebody.

    A 5/5 for this

Ouch. Better to have one's feet on the ground, right?

A dramatic soul wrenching piece. Starting off so lovely and fluffy and then crashing to blood splattering lows. Very visual and pulls at the emotions. A great write. Milly x
