Love is not enough

by Karla   Nov 18, 2016

She did it again
and it's the secont time
i understand love is not enough.

why do black stars get around her heart?
she's always been beyond herself,
feeling more than she should
as if it's the only thing she's learnt
all her life.

she says i should respect her decision
but i can't.
she says it's a pulsion
but i hate freud.
he can't explain my pain, my powerlessness
as i look around and everythng is white
and empty even people's eyes.

i am afraid of time.
she said it destroys everything.
time has saved her though.
--rush, please--

and as we fly towards there
in the speed of light
we die together
illuminated by our our own ashes.
