She Is My Pearl:

by Scott Cole   Jan 2, 2017

She's a thorn in my side
A pain in my neck,
She's more than a mouthful
But keeps me in check.

For I am her oyster
And she is my pearl,
She gets on my nerves
But she is my World.

She's more than a beauty
She gets under my skin,
I can't move a muscle
I'm on needles and pins.

For I am her oyster
And she is my pearl,
A match made in Heaven
My number one girl.

I'm nothing without her
I love her to death,
But she makes me grimes
When I take me a breath.

For I am her oyster
And she is my pearl,
That tingling feeling
That makes my toes curl.

Beautiful dedication. The thing about love is that we love their imperfections too

Love is a beautiful thing. It's great that you addressed the annoying little things that we more often than not enjoy with those we love.
Gotta switch it up a bit right??
    Great write!

Hello Scott and a happy new year!

This is excellent and made me laugh a bit, to be honest. The whole 'can't live with them, can't live without them' syndrome!

    All the very best,

    Ben
