I hold my breath

I hold my breath so i dont scream
I hold my breath because once i start crying the tears wont stop
I hold my breath for the hope for a better day
Hoping that one day i can wake up and not force myself to get out of bed
For the hope for talking to someone and not being scared i may outer something wrong
For a day with no rain to drown me but for the light to show me a bettet way
This is why i hold my breath
