You've Changed

by joey   Jul 10, 2004

Your thoughts now unchained
I can see your heart has changed
Is it cause we lasted to long
Or is your love just gone
At least you gave me the inspiration for a perfect song

How we used to be has turned to dust
The ashes being blown away by your hidden lust
And I'm just tired of the fuss
Yet you still expect me to trust
The lies you say that you love the idea of us
Just making my feelings another cuss

Your love eloped with the dieing day
The drama keeps pushing me away

I'm tired of waiting
I'm sick of your hating
I'm scared of your waking
-and now-
Our hearts are getting older
Your thoughts are growing colder
You need to stop turning your shoulder
Because I'm trapped underneath the boulder

Try crying just a little
I gave my life to you
You should drop a tear
Cause we are through
All the months you made me fear
That your love would one day disappear

But now the mist is lifted
I can see my instincts I've denied
I refused my self to hear
All your delirious lies
I only wanted you here
But now your gone at least I've tried.

Your love eloped with the dieing day
The drama keeps pushing me away

I'm tired of pretending
I'm sick of your deceiving
I'm scared of your leaving
-And Now-
Dieing our hearts are getting older
Even though your words are frozen they are getting colder
The only thing I get is your shoulder
While you heart is concealed behind this boulder
