Dad (revised)

i love my dad
alot more than a tad
deep down in my heart
that can't be measured on a chart

i wish he was small
so we can spend it all
living together
forever and ever

my dad is so cool
he is like a bright jewel
he is like a dictionary
he is never ordinary

he tries not to show his pain
and sometimes he is insane
but he still shows his love
like it was a beautiful dove

he never stops at nough
because our bond was always tough
he stands at six foot two
and will do anything he has to

over the years
there has been any tears
because our bond has grown weak
and this we're trying to tweek

for from day one
he has been there as father and son
