Recipe of All things Bad

A pinch of anxiety
A dash of despair
Three spoons of loneliness
A cup of no on cares
A drop of rejection
A glass of fear
A bowl of pain
A tbs of broken trust
A sprinkle or two of no love
Add the secret ingredient depression
bake at the temperature of hell
And decorate it with the icing of tears
served daily to those who smile during the storm
