You smile and the world melts
In soft arrays of peach and blue
The sorry pains that I've felt
All fade away when I see you
So delicate and yet so strong
Like waves that crash into the sea
You rushing, greet the morning sun
While I'm transfixed by what I see
With eyes of silver, voice of gold
The rocks themselves awake to hear
And all the things that you behold
Increase in beauty when you're near
Your softest smile frees the mountains
Your warm touch melts a heart of stone
And all your joy springs up in fountains
That disappear when I'm alone
You mesmerize even the starlight
See all the ways they shine for you
With you I know that I'll be alright
Even in the darkest blue
