Interference

by Skyfire   Nov 16, 2020

I use the white noise of tv
to numb the voice
that keeps hurting me
like a sharp rock inside
my temple.
I can't find it's source -

I try -

each word falls like a
flattened
thud.

It tells me all the things
I forget about myself,
about how I need
to make myself smaller
and allow more space
for someone who is
better at living
than i am.

A terribly sad piece that is wrenchingly described.

    Take care.
