Lips In Entwine

by Sherry Caayupan   Jul 13, 2021

Her hair flowed a thousand miles,
As a train of happiness paved the aisle;
She gave life to every path she walked,
And made gleeful steps that talked;

Like a kiss that flew to her tender lips,
As it danced from his welcoming lips;
A long walk shall await in this life,
As he held her hand to make her his wife;

An embrace between these two hearts,
Of a love that will never ever depart;
From their vow of an everlasting love,
Vested by all angels from up above;

Joy be bound and bound for eternity,
An endless straddle to the walk of serenity;
Emerging from the fathom of the deepest ocean,
And fallen from the highest sky of dominion;

A vow sacred in the eyes of the beholder,
A moment like this will forever linger;
Behold two souls fallen in an entwine,
An exchange of words how so sweetfully divine;

A blissful kiss springs from a simple vow,
Spoken from her lips of a bow;
Her lips bow down to his pledge,
Of kissing back to her, now and forever, at love's edge.
