Looking Back at a Bad Fall

by The Parrott King Jordan R. Stephens   Mar 4, 2022

Footprints in the snow;
snapshots of your past.
Autumn’s quiet death,
winter’s preservation.
The footprints that we leave
can’t be taken back;
The actions we take
on purpose or mistake
leave marks like ice
staying put for life.
