The fire roars
Bare feet pounding
Shaking the floors
Leaves of autumn
Crunch and break
Every step
The ground does quake

Where did they come from
Where did they roam?
Why do they gather
Far from home?

Dancing shadows
Mystery

Feet to the ground
The wild dance

Homes are rickety
Makeshift
Bare
Yet they move

Children twist
