You say, “In God we trust,” engraved on your money. But in the chambers of your heart it is the money itself, not God, that sits enthroned, the only deity you dare to trust. Sacred words on paper, yet the paper is your scripture, your altar, your quiet, private creed. For in the place where truth has no witnesses, the only god you honour is the one that bears His name, the one you can hold, fold, and own.
