Death, the Death of Fear

by ddavidd   Dec 12, 2025

From the diary of reluctant Messiah

A bullet
through the heart of a hero,
you might think
life ended there.

But no.
That is the threshold
where lives
begin.

For flames ignite
only at the point
where death is final,
where fear dissolves,
where all measures fall silent,
and zero opens itself,
unbound,
untouchable,

where even death
becomes, at last,
irrelevant.
