It's hard to stand up again,
Little woman and no man;
Should be an easy correction,
But my old-fashioned heart is in a different direction.
I look at his picture, I look at this place,
Why I am not moving on is a disgrace;
Not that old, barely middle-aged,
A barely gray-hair...completely plagued.
But time passed slowly, probably little fast,
I was encouraged to try again, inch by the past;
A crazy thought, drawn from zero,
Can this man be real...and what life is left from this widow?
A meeting, and a respectful talk,
An understanding, and moonlight walk;
He said, "Explain the husband you should edify",
And I replied, "Even if I cry?".
