Keeping us apart

Keeping us apart,
is not something
thats all that smart.
She came to me,
when she was in need,
I didn't do it
as a good deed.
She a friend of mine,
and maybe she'll change
over time.
What would you say
if a good friend of mine
told me she couldn't
out with me because
i have done some time?
The lord spoke to me,
and told me how much
she needs to be,
she needs to be looked
up to, and the lord
knows this is true.
I wont give up our friendship
that easy,
don't even try to cease me!
Sorry i have to sneak around,
like a starving hound.
If you just see, how much she
needs me,
you would understand,
that our friendship
you should not band.

This is about my friend, and how my mom said we cant hang out because of her emotion stability, and my mom thinks it will effect me, in fact it hasn't and i have been helping her, and the lord has shown me that i am here for a reason, and one if to help her out! and maybe lead her to lord someday
