Strangers Hands

by Sarah Christine   Aug 23, 2004

Eyes met,
lips touched,
perfect gaze,
I wanted so much.
Smiles shared,
laughter too,
it was I that
wanted to be with you.
Strangers hands,
hold my heart,
strangers hands,
pulls it apart.
Was time being wasted?
How I long for the kiss
I once tasted,
time spent alone at night,
silence grows long,
somethings not right.
Strangers eyes,
looked deeply into mine,
Strangers eyes,
deceived me with time,
strangers hands,
that held my heart,
strangers hands,
that tore it apart.
