Dear Daddy,
I know life takes us
on paths we do not choose,
life isn't always fair,
sometimes we have to lose.
But it's the lessons we learn,
easy and hard along the way,
it's from the knowledge
that we gain
that gets us through day to day.

for you Daddy,
for always being there
