I said I was done,
I guess I lied.
You yell and hit
and with all I can,
I try.
Pleased you are never
and I wonder why.
Is it my fault?
Am I that bad of a kid?
There is stuff
you will never know.
All these things about me
that I have hid.
I wish you could see
how hard I try
or how many times
you have made me cry.
I go to my friends for help,
not you.
The truth is, I'm afraid
and I don't know what to do
because I just can't please you
