He's Always There

I try and run away
I try to hide my fears
But somehow he always knows
And wants to bring out my tears

I try to run away
I try to tell him no
But somehow he over powers me
And I have no say in what goes

I try to make it stop
I try to make him disappear
But somehow he finds a way in my head
And somehow he’s always there
