Come With Me

-- I wrote this poem sometime last year, so it needs help, but people have been requesting to see some of my positive work ... ::Sigh:: :-/, Here goes...

Come dream with me-
Let's waste the night away,
Come dream with me-
Until night turns to day,

Come walk with me-
Let's walk and talk forever,
Come walk with me-
Hand in hand, together,

Come lay with me-
Let's count the shooting stars,
Come lay with me-
And hold me in your arms,

Come cry with me-
Let's help our feelings fade,
Come cry with me-
For every promise that we made,

Come with me because-
There's no one else to come,
Come with me because-
I know you are my only one,

Wings will have their angels-
And angels will have their wings,
So come lay, cry, and walk for now-
Let's fade away in dreams.

* I know the ending is rough ... [ Angels aren't angels without wings, and wings aren't anything without angel- (I'm nothing without the person I'm referring to.). That was my point in the last stanza.] Enjoy!!
