Frozen In Flame

by Stef   Sep 25, 2004

Forbidden feelings surging through revealing open veins
Unleashing the need of a hunger feeding on the insane
Crossing over between purities and dirty ruby tears
Confused and uncertain as the bloody hands draw near
No innocence to dwell on as midnight comes to be
Misty red confusion reveals nothing there to see
Fire burns a lullaby, the sleeping soul is torn
Childhood turns to stone as another life is born
Confiding in the stars as the blood freezes in flame
The moon slowly crumbles as the sky returns to tame
Broken dreams of long ago removed from remainders of time
Our death brings a gift beyond the quickly fading line
Erasing thoughts of feelings, etched onto the sky in pain
Pushed into eternity, as though to never feel again
Dark and blurry eyes seeing in a crystal vision
The earth turns and the world stills upon the last incision.
