Life is a lesson

I can't explain
what made me see
how precious life is
and why i am not living it for me

No more guessing
what others want
it's time i decided
what i want

I'm ready to stand
against all that i think is wrong
I'm ready to give my testimony
instead of following along

I"m ready to jump
into the swirls of life
I'm ready to fight
till the day i die

life is about learning
and I've learned this much
start living
before it's to late to trust

trust with your heart
trust with your soul
let people in
and tell them your whole

never give up
even when your let down
life could be worse
just open your eyes and look around

it's more than a fantasy
it's more than a day
it's more like reality
and it gets better in each way

as long as you live
love and work hard
give yourself credit
your going far
