Could you treat someone the same
If you saw thier arms,
The scratches, the scars,
It's called self harm.

Would you call them names behind thier backs,
Crazy, psycho,
Simply because they don't know
Another way to cope with what they're going through.

Could you help them through the bad times,
When all they want to do is see the blood
From that one little cut.

You don't see my arms,
The cuts and the scars,
You don't treat me any different,
But you don't know i self harm.
