Neglected world

*the poem i wanted to submit is somewhere Else so heres another one *

Kissing the lips of an angel,
i fall from heaven to see,
the world as we know it is tainted,
everyone is wrapped up in their own misery,

Tears of pain,
Screams of agony,
Run ramped throughout the streets,
Mothers scared to let there children go out,
too afraid their words of advice will deplete.

And i am me,
nothing more,
I'm no angel,
just a sinner.
who wishes to sin no more,
i will not go down,
i have not lost again,
so i kiss the sweet lips of angels,
hoping for heaven
