Temptation, Just too much

The temptation is just too much,
I really do need to cut,
People tell me "Emz, It's bad",
But what else can i do when i'm sad?

That knife has become my best friend,
And everyday i want my life to end,
I don't share how i feel inside,
So i just make another slice.

Inside i am already dead,
I just wait for my outer shell to shed,
Sooner rather than later,
Because by myself i am hated.

The temptation is just too much,
And i am going to cut,
People will tell me "Emz, It's bad",
But right now i'm feeling sad.
