Open Spaces

by Daniel Solomon   Nov 2, 2004

Barricaded from the inside.
Clawing away at nothing.
Don’t even have a life.
I would gladly trade it for something.
Somehow lost from the rest.
My sight has gone astray.
Darkness plagued within my loneliness.
Where has the time gone today?
Social parasites eating through and through.
What can I do to see your face?
In the end, everyone has left you.
Your just another open space.
There’s nothing you can do.
Feel it. Now start believing.
I give it all away….for nothing.
