Worth so much more..

So i've come 2 learn,
Life is a game in which your bound 2 get burned.
And love is the reason 4 it,
The reason your heart is lit.

You were my reason,
The reason i chose 2 stay,
The reason why I eventually ran away,
Yet 2 this day you still haven't changed

You were the 1 that wanted it 2 end,
Now you are the 1 begging me 2 make your heart mend.
I don't get it and i really don't care,
But 4 some reason i don't understand why your still here.

I told you it's over, I promised we're through
and yet somehow i can't get rid of you.
I've done my share of crying and i've had enough of pain.

I won't let you continue 2 drive me insane,
I know in some ways i am beautiful
And I'm not being vain
Just because you told me I wasn't doesn't mean
I'd hide away.

I'm worth more than you ever gave me credit 4,
And yes it's true,
I'm worth so much more WITHOUT you!!

    This poem is so true. Don't take him back, he's not good enough for you. Only someone who can respect you and care about you is. Marvelous poem. Keep writing!!
