Calming goodbyes

by Shaina Ahenger   Nov 27, 2004

A Shadow floats across my room,
Then it whispers in my ear,
I love you my little dear.
Don't forget me when I'm gone.
You know I want you to live your life,
I want you to make me proud,
Make my death worth dying for.
Make my life were living more.
I will miss you when I'm gone,
I know my time is limited.
I don't think I have too long,
So cherish the memories we make.
Remember the advice I give.
I will always be watching over you,
My ears will be listening,
To the prayers you cry out for.
Don't be afraid when my time is done,
I'll always be here for my little dear.
